CASE NUMBER 091902503 State Felony
11-18-09 Charge 1 Disposition is Guilty
11-18-09 Minute Entry - Minutes for Change of Plea

Judge: WILLIAM W. BARRETT
Prosecutor: JACLYN JANE CRAWMER
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
The Judge orders Adult Probation & Parole to prepare a Pre-sentence report.

We will continue to gather signatures of support on our online petition. (link) and to ask the community to write Judge William Barrett. He was the same judge that presided over Henry's torture case. It was from the outrage of his weak sentence given to Henry's abuser Marc Vincent that began the fight for Henry's Law. Please respectfully ask Judge Barrett to represent the community that demanded stiffer penalties and punish Anthony Spidle to the fullest extent of the new law.

08/24/09 Henry's Law Tournament a success!

We are grateful for all of your participation this weekend and for all of your donations! You all stepped up to the plate, literally and figuratively, and we thank you!

The event was successful and a generous amount of much needed pet supplies and food was donated to the SL County Animal Services and the Utah Animal Adoption Center. We are very pleased that the UAAC found homes for four lucky dogs that were scheduled for euthanasia. They now have a second chance! Money was also raised for the Ching Farm Sanctuary to help care and feed rescued farm animals. We also gathered many petition signatures and new supporters at the event!

The tourney website is being updated and new pictures courtesy of Schindler Photos are added daily. If you have and personal photos of the event we will be happy to incorporate them to our site. Please email them to helpushelpthem.org@gmail.com

Again thank you for participating, sponsoring, donating and supporting Henry's Law! See you next year!
